epiphany-data software package provides required data files for epiphany game, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install epiphany-data
epiphany-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the epiphany-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep epiphany-data *
You will get with epiphany-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
